Is Texture Pop-In Normal on My New Gaming PC?

I've just built my first gaming PC with a 9060xt and a 7600x3d, and I'm loving it! However, I'm noticing quite a bit of texture pop-in while playing games like Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and Red Dead Redemption 2, as well as some lighter titles like PEAK. I have no previous experience with PC gaming beyond some light play on an old laptop, so I'm not sure if this level of pop-in is typical or if there's something wrong with my setup. My system isn't running low on VRAM or RAM, and everything else seems to be performing well. I even recorded a video showing the issue during KCD2. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

From what I see in your video, it doesn't look too unusual. That texture pop-in can happen, especially if you have certain settings tweaked a bit low. Make sure you're not using a HDD, as that can worsen pop-in issues. SSDs are generally much better for loading assets quickly. But do check the game settings; sometimes tweaking the shadow distance can help with that.

I hear you about YouTube compression making things look worse. It can mask the actual performance of what you're seeing. Have you checked other settings, just to be safe?
