Is the $700 4070 Ti a Smart Buy or Should I Look at Other Options?

I'm trying to decide whether to purchase a 4070 Ti for $700, or if I should continue looking, possibly for a 4070-TS. Are there better options out there at that price point? I'm open to suggestions, but I'd like to keep it around $700 if possible. If there's a significant performance difference, I'd consider spending a bit more. For context, I'm using a Ryzen 7 5800X and have a 750W power supply.

The 4070 Ti is a decent choice, but I'd recommend considering options with 16GB of VRAM for that price. You could find the AMD 9070 non-XT for the same price, which might be a better deal. Here’s a couple of links for reference: [Newegg 9070](https://www.newegg.com/sapphire-pulse-11349-03-20g-amd-radeon-rx-9070-16gb-gddr6/p/N82E16814202453) and [Amazon 9070](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CWCTSC1M?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1)

That looks pretty solid! Is the 9070 notably worse than the 4070 Ti, or are they pretty comparable? I'm mostly focused on gaming, so it's important for me to know. Also, I found a 9070XT for $700 at a Micro Center nearby, which seems like a can't-miss choice now. Thanks for the heads-up!
