Is the 9060 XT a Good Choice for Gaming on Linux?

I've been using a Linux machine for a while now and I've heard that gaming is often better with an AMD graphics card. I have a Ryzen 7 5800X and 32GB of DDR4 RAM, but I'm not sure if that'll bottleneck my performance. I'm considering upgrading to 1440p, but I'm fine with sticking to 1080p for now. Just looking for some insights from anyone who knows more about this! Thanks for your help!

Absolutely! The 9060 XT will handle 1080p like a champ and is more than capable for 1440p as well. Just make sure you check out some benchmarks to see how it performs in the games you plan to play. You'll have a smooth experience!

If you're looking for a GPU upgrade, the 9060 XT is definitely a solid choice for 1440p! Make sure to get the 16GB version for the best performance. In terms of your 5800X, you won’t have any issues at 1440p, so go for it!
