I'm wondering if the AMD Radeon HD8490 is still a decent option for playing games. I mainly play some older titles and Cities: Skylines, so I need to know if this card can handle it. Just to note, I have a Dell OptiPlex 3020 SFF (Small Form Factor). Any insights would be appreciated!

Honestly, it’s not really good anymore. The card is about 12 years old and has only 1GB of VRAM, which just isn’t enough for modern gaming.
For older games, it should work fine if it runs. But for any newer titles, you might be disappointed since it's pretty outdated.
What would be a good card to get for under 100 euros?
