I'm curious if the B650-E WIFI motherboard will still be a solid choice for future CPU and GPU generations. Does it support all AM5 CPUs, and does it provide full PCIe 5.0 support?

We can't predict the future, but we can make educated guesses. The B650-E WIFI should work with upcoming AM5 CPUs just like it does with the current ones. However, just to clarify, this board doesn't have PCIe Gen5 across the board. Do you specifically need Gen5? Most users won't find it beneficial for a while yet.
The first PCIe slot should support PCIE 5.0, sure. But honestly, even with something like a future 5090 GPU, you'll hardly notice a difference running on PCIE 3.0 or even 4.0. PCIe 5.0 isn't going to be a game changer for most users.
Just to clear up any confusion, the TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI doesn’t have PCIe 4.0 slots besides the M.2 5.0 x4 slot. So keep that in mind when planning your build!
