I'm looking to upgrade from my old 12100F to a better CPU for playing CS2. I've been considering the 7500F, but I noticed that the 7700 isn't much more expensive after factoring in shipping from AliExpress. Do you think the additional 2 cores on the 7700 will really improve my gaming experience?

For just $30 more? It's a no-brainer! The extra cores, along with better boost capabilities and the integrated GPU, make it a far better choice. It’s a great deal compared to say, the leap from a 9600X to 9700X, which costs around $100 more right now.

Yeah, for just $30 with the added benefits of those extra cores and the iGPU, it’s definitely worth it!

Definitely worth it! The 7700 has an integrated GPU, extra cores, and faster performance, which could help with future resale value. Plus, if you ever have a GPU issue, that integrated GPU could really save you. It's a solid investment, I'd say it's worth at least $10 more just for that.

Absolutely, the 7700 is superior to the 7500F in every aspect. Spending a little extra for better performance is always a smart choice!
