I'm planning to upgrade my setup to 1440p gaming, aiming for around 100 fps on max settings for AAA titles. I currently have an RTX 3080 Ti 12GB paired with a 9600X. Will this graphics card meet my gaming needs?

You should test it out first. But be prepared to potentially spend over $600 if you want a solid upgrade later!
With DLSS enabled, you should get decent performance, but the 4070 Ti could offer better value for the cost-to-performance ratio.
Keep in mind that anything with less than 16GB of VRAM might struggle with some of the newer AAA games, forcing you to lower a few settings.
Not necessarily—some games might not reach that 100 fps mark. It really depends on the title and the settings you choose.
If you already have the RTX 3080 Ti, just give it a try! My guess is you'll be fine at 1440p, especially with the right settings.
