I'm a broke student who is set to receive €400 (about $465) from my parents in November and I'm looking to upgrade from my RTX 3070 during Black Friday. I was initially considering the RX 9060 XT at €379 ($440) without any discounts, but I'm wondering if I should stretch my budget to buy the RX 9070 XT for €650 ($755), along with a new PSU (around $110) since my current MSI 650W won't cut it. I can't wait until next month because GPUs tend to be rare after Black Friday and are quite pricey in my country. So, I'm asking, is it really worth going broke for the RX 9070 XT?

The RX 9070 XT is a solid GPU, but whether it's worth stretching your budget that far is really up to you. If you feel excited about the performance you’ve seen and believe you’ll truly enjoy it, then go for it. But just keep in mind that it may not be the most financially sound move. I mean, it's fun, but don't forget the logic here!
Being completely broke is tough. I wouldn't recommend it, honestly. You could end up regretting the decision later if finances get tight.
Honestly, I'd suggest holding off and saving your cash for the next gen. Your RTX 3070 still has some life left in it. If you need to cut down on FPS, just tweak the settings a bit.

Totally get that, but what's the major things you'll be playing on the 9070 that your 3070 can't handle? Is it really worth it?
