Hey everyone! I'm considering building a PC with a Ryzen 5 5600 and an RTX 5060 8GB. Do you think this setup would be good enough for editing tasks and gaming at 1080p?

The combo will work, but I think an Intel CPU with integrated graphics like the i5-12400 could give you better performance, especially for video editing with Quick Sync. Just something to consider!

Thanks for the tip! I hadn't thought about Intel's Quick Sync.

Honestly, it might be worth looking into a larger card if you can. The RTX 5060 with 8GB could get you through some games now, but it's starting to show its limits, especially with newer titles coming out. If you can snag a 9060xt 16GB, that would be a solid choice and keep you future-proofed!
