I've had this PC for about 10 months and have been really happy with it, but I'm noticing frame drops in CPU-heavy games and some possible bottlenecking. The system has an RTX 5070 Ti, Ryzen 5 7500F, 32GB of DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, a Thermalright Trofeo Vision AIO, six case fans, a 1TB NVMe drive, and an 850W power supply. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and possibly moving everything into a Lian Li O11 Mini V2 case. I play at 1440p on a 32-inch Samsung G5. Would the CPU upgrade noticeably improve my frame drops and 1% lows, or should I keep the 7500F?

The 7500F is still a strong budget gaming CPU, but the amount of CPU limitation depends heavily on resolution and the games you play. At 1440p, the GPU usually matters more, although CPU-heavy games can still show bottlenecks and weaker 1% lows. A 7800X3D would be a solid upgrade if you want smoother frame times and better longevity. If the price difference is reasonable where you live, a 9800X3D may be worth considering since it offers stronger performance and 1% lows for only somewhat more money.
