I found a semi-modular 80+ Gold certified 650W PSU for 80 euros, but I'm struggling to find recent reviews (most are over three years old). Can anyone share their thoughts on whether this is a solid deal and if it's reliable enough not to damage my PC? I can confirm, it’s tier A in the PSU Tier List. Just remember, it doesn’t have the 12VHPWR connector, so if you have a modern RTX 40 or 50 series graphics card, it might not work. But for most setups, you should be fine!
Yeah, it's a good power supply! It shouldn’t blow up your PC or anything. Just keep in mind that while it’s quality, it might be worth considering some newer options for a bit more cash. For around 10 euros extra, you could grab an 850W model that’s more up-to-date. Thanks for the suggestions! My PC consumes around 357 watts. Would an 850W PSU be overkill?

Not really! It’s always good to have some headroom. An 850W supply gives you extra power if you decide to upgrade components in the future.
