I'm looking at getting a new gaming monitor to complete my setup. I want something decent for 1440p gaming, but I don't want to break the bank. I'm not too keen on high frame rates—I'm okay with 60 FPS, although I can't seem to find monitors that limited anymore. I've come across this ASUS monitor—[ASUS 27" TUF VG27AQ3A](https://www.komplett.no/product/1303926/gaming/gaming-utstyr/gamingskjermer/asus-27-gamingskjerm-tuf-vg27aq3a#)—and it looks good for my needs. I'm based in Norway, and the pricing seems reasonable to me. Ideally, I want something that's easy to set up since I'm not super tech-savvy. Also, I'm planning to build a computer which you can view here: [PC Build](https://no.pcpartpicker.com/list/msyFNz).

This monitor should work well for your gaming needs! Just make sure to check your refresh rate settings in Windows—set it to 180Hz for optimal performance. Otherwise, it's basically plug and play, which is great for someone who's not super into tech.

Is it set to 60Hz by default? I don't mind sticking with that.
