I'm planning to build my first gaming PC and want to know if the components I picked out are a good choice for a budget of around $1,000. Here's my current build:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4 GHz 8-Core Processor - £117.99
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB - £29.00
- **Motherboard**: Asus PRIME B550M-A WIFI II Micro ATX AM4 - £103.95
- **Memory**: Patriot Viper Steel 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 - £54.34
- **Storage**: Crucial P3 Plus 1 TB M.2 NVME SSD - £55.98
- **Video Card**: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 12GB - £249.99
- **Case**: Aerocool Bolt Mini Glass MicroATX - £24.95
- **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A650BN 650 W 80+ Bronze - £47.99
- **Operating System**: Microsoft Windows 11 Home - £107.99
- **Monitor**: KOORUI 24E3 24.0" 165 Hz - £89.99
The total comes to £984.16. Any thoughts or improvements?

Honestly, this is a solid build, but I think you can get a better performance for your money if you consider this alternative: [PCPartPicker Link](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/9zG4fd). With a Ryzen 5 7500F and a Radeon RX 9060 XT, you'd be set for better gaming at a similar price – totalling around £993.86! Plus, it uses newer tech for future upgrades!
What about the 7500F? I've heard it doesn't have integrated graphics, could that be a problem?
Thanks for the suggestion! I'm definitely looking into this build instead of the one I put together. Just wanted something future-proof!
