I'm curious if the Skytech ARGB Gaming Desktop with an i7 processor, 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, and an RTX 3050 is good enough for high graphics gaming. Specifically, can it deliver over 200 FPS in Fortnite and similar demanding games?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. The CPU is a 4th gen i7, which is pretty outdated, and the RTX 3050 isn't exactly a powerhouse. For high graphics and high FPS, you might want to consider saving up for something better. Also, this place is usually for build advice, not for buying prebuilt systems.
You're going to need a better graphics card to hit those FPS numbers consistently. The RTX 3050 won't cut it for high settings on most new games.
Yeah, it's not going to meet your expectations. With that setup, you won't get close to 200 FPS in Fortnite.
In short, bad choice for high-end gaming. I'd recommend looking for something newer.
