I'm looking to buy a second-hand set of Tridentz RGB 32GB DDR4 RAM. The seller claims that the packaging is opened but the RAM hasn't been used. My main concern stems from the barcode on the packaging, which indicates it might actually be 16GB instead of the advertised 32GB. The seller did provide a picture of the opened box, showing two memory sticks labeled as 8GB each. I'm wondering if a proper 32GB kit should list '16GB' on each stick. Any advice on this?

Yeah, a 32GB kit would typically show '16GB' on each stick. Since these are marked as 8GB, they don't add up to 32GB unless there are four sticks involved. It's possible the seller doesn't fully understand the product they're selling, but it's better to be cautious.
If the RAM sticks are labeled as 8GB, then they're definitely 8GB each. A true 32GB kit should have '16GB x2' printed on the sticks. Definitely do your homework before buying!
