I'm about to build my first PC and I've put together a parts list I'd love some feedback on. My budget is $3000, but I'm trying to keep costs down as much as possible while ensuring it runs really well. I want to know if this list is good or if there are better, more affordable alternatives out there. Here's the list I created: [Link](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/B88vJn)

Didn't the XG7000 have some controller issues?

For graphics, I'd recommend going with the RTX 5080 instead of the 7900XTX. And definitely opt for a 2TB TLC SSD, like the SN770 or 990 Evo Plus. Those will give you a nice boost in speed and storage.

I agree on the SSD choice! I’d go for the 5070 Ti or the 9070 XT, though. The 5080 is a bit overkill for just a 10% increase and costs $250 more.
