I'm considering the G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series DDR5 RAM, which is 32GB (2x16GB) running at 7200MT/s with CL34-45-45-115. I found it for a pretty affordable price of $160. I'm planning to use it in a build with a 5070 or 5070 Ti graphics card. Is it a good option?

Just a heads up, your CPU choice is actually more critical than the GPU here. If you’re going with Intel, this RAM will likely do fine. But for AM5 setups, be prepared for a bit of manual tweaking; XMP settings might not just work out of the box since AM5 runs best with RAM up to 6000 MT/s without any hassle.
Just so you know, you might struggle to hit that speed with your CPU. But I’m planning on upgrading my CPU to AMD as well!
Yeah, it should be fine. Don't stress too much over the RAM specs right now, especially if you're just starting out.
At this point, I just take whatever I can find, lol! But I think this will work for you.
Honestly, this RAM seems almost too good to be true. I’d suggest testing it out in a PC shop if you can to make sure it performs as expected.

You might be able to set it to 6000 MHz CL30 38 38 96 without too much trouble and tweak it more if you want.
