I stumbled upon an RTX 4070 Super 12GB on eBay for $649. The ad features pictures of the card, which is an HP OEM dual-fan model, and claims it's in excellent condition with no scratches. The seller asserts it's barely used and in great working order, though it doesn't come with the original box or adapter. They promise safe bubble wrap for shipping. I'm tempted to buy now due to possible international tariffs but I'm uncertain if this is the best value or if I should wait a bit longer. Has anyone had experience with these OEM cards? What do you think?

I wouldn't consider this a good deal. The prices are climbing and the 5070 is a better card that could be cheaper.
You can get a brand new RTX 5070 for about $549, which is actually cheaper than this 4070 Super. I’d recommend holding off for a better deal or looking for the 5070 instead.
With prices rising, I get where you're coming from, but this 4070 Super may not be the best choice for your budget right now.
Honestly, this sounds like a rough deal. If you can find a 5070 for less, why settle for an older and less powerful card at a higher price?
I'm in a tight spot, though. I sold my old 3060 ti and really need something before my semester starts. Just want to avoid a year without a GPU!
What are the new 5070 prices like where you are? Around me, they go for $700 or more. This eBay seller seems open to offers, so you might get it for less!
They go for $720-$740 here. I passed on buying one and found a whole system with a 3080 instead for the same price—things are just getting pricier!
5070s are tough to find at MSRP around my area, though. I'm looking to grab a good card before tariffs kick in!
