I'm considering a trade where I exchange my i3-8100 (3.60 GHz) on a Biostar H310 MHP board for an i7-7700 (3.60 GHz) on an Asrock Z170 Pro4s board. Additionally, I would need to give the other person some cash. Given these specs, should I go for it?

If you're spending 70 bucks (which is like 25,200 in your currency), think about saving that money for a more modern setup instead. It might be hard, especially in Cuba, but it could pay off in the long run.
Considering you have to pay extra, it seems like a bad trade. Why not look into getting a newer i5 or i7 instead of going for an older model?
The i7-7700 setup is definitely faster and has more features compared to your i3-8100. But you should think about if you really trust the other guy's parts and if the extra cash is worth it.
I would say no to the trade. You're better off saving up for a new PC altogether. It's not worth it just for a slight upgrade.
Totally agree! Sometimes saving up leads to a much better upgrade down the line.
That's a good point! I've heard that the performance boost isn't always worth the trouble if the parts are dodgy.
