Is Triple Booting Pop!_OS, Ubuntu, and Bazzite a Good Idea?

Hey everyone! I've been using Ubuntu alongside Windows 11 for about two years, and I recently switched to Pop!_OS 24.04, which I'm really enjoying. However, I still have the dual boot set up because some games need kernel-level anti-cheat support. Now, with all the recent issues with Windows 11, I'm ready to move away from it completely and focus on Linux, even for gaming.

I've got Pop!_OS 24.04 set up with rEFInd, and I'd like to keep it as my daily driver. I'm thinking about installing Bazzite for gaming and Ubuntu primarily so I can run Vivado (which seems to work only in X11 on Ubuntu). I have two drives: one is 512GB for Pop!_OS, and the other is 1TB, which used to house Windows 11 but will now hold Ubuntu and Bazzite. Does this setup sound alright? Also, how can I make this work with rEFInd? I want to keep my gaming isolated from my primary OS for better concentration and stability.

If you're looking to keep your main OS clean, consider using containers instead! Tools like `distrobox` could let you run your gaming environment inside a container without needing to install multiple distros. It makes things much simpler while still keeping everything organized.

You might want to consider just creating a new user for gaming instead of going for a whole new distro. It can help keep things manageable without the added hassle of triple booting. Plus, Vivado is also available on the AUR for Arch Linux, and it seems like a lot of folks are using it without the issues you're facing.

I’ve had a tough time getting Vivado to work on other distros too! It’s just so much easier when you stick to supported ones, and I can totally see where you're coming from with wanting to keep your setups separate.
