Is upgrading from a 3070 to a 5060 Ti worthwhile, or will my CPU bottleneck?

I'm considering upgrading my graphics card from a Gigabyte 3070 OC 8GB to a 5060 Ti 16GB. My current PC build consists of an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, an Asus ROG B550-A motherboard, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM, and a 750W power supply. I found a local deal where I can buy the 5060 Ti for €500, and I could sell my old GPU for about €300. My main concern is whether this upgrade would bottleneck my system. I primarily play games at 1440p like Cyberpunk 2077 and competitive shooters, as well as some light VR. Also, I've seen some mentions of the 5070 12GB; would that be a better fit for games like Cyberpunk?

The 3070 and the 5060 Ti generally perform similarly, so you might not see the kind of boost you’re expecting with that upgrade.

In competitive shooters, you might already be bottlenecked by your Ryzen 7 5700G. Plus, I've had a similar setup, and I was maxing out my monitor's refresh rate. The 5060 Ti may not be the significant upgrade you're hoping for, just a heads up!

Just so you know, there's no such thing as a 12GB version of the 5060 Ti, only 8GB and 16GB. If you go for the 16GB, it might still be a small upgrade. Your CPU could end up being the bottleneck, but it would still be a better setup for future upgrades, especially if you eventually get a faster CPU.

Yeah, I got mixed up with the 5070. Thanks for the clarification!
