I'm currently using the free version of ChatGPT for therapy-related conversations, and it generally meets my needs—I don't run out of uses too quickly. However, I'm curious about the GPT Plus version. Does it actually provide better responses compared to the free version, or is it just about having more usage? If the quality is more or less the same, I'm hesitant to upgrade. Any insights would be appreciated!

From my experience, the quality seems pretty similar between the free version and GPT Plus. The main advantage of Plus is that you get more usage without the dreaded limits. So, if you're okay with what the free version offers but just want more access, it might be worth it!
Honestly, I feel like the responses are about the same. I sometimes find that I want more critical feedback instead of just positive reinforcement, which the model tends to provide more of. It would be great if there was a way to switch that up!

You might want to try adjusting your prompts for more critical insights. There’s a guide on setting up better prompts for therapy—a good resource!
