Has anyone else been experiencing problems with ECS Scheduled Tasks not being triggered after the recent outage? I'm curious if anyone found a workaround or solution to this issue.

I finally managed to get my tasks launched after forcing a new deployment, but they were failing earlier. Does anyone know if this downtime is limited to us-east-1 or affecting other regions too?
Just wanted to chime in that as of 7:30 AM PDT, we’re also not seeing any new ECS tasks. Thankfully, our existing ones seem to be stable for now.
I'm running into resource initialization errors—definitely in us-east-1. It's been a mess!
Fargate has seriously been down for me for over 4 hours now. Every time I try to launch something, it just fails. I think it might have to do with the ongoing EC2 problems.
Yep, I can't seem to start new ECS Fargate tasks either since the outage.
I’m having the same experience—nothing new can launch in EC2 (us-east-1). It’s frustrating!
