I've been running into a frustrating problem lately on Windows 11. It seems that after I completely disabled and removed Copilot, certain apps that rely on AI features can no longer be downloaded. Some apps work just fine without Copilot, but for others, the Microsoft Store gives me an error (0X80070005) and won't let me download them anymore. One app, WhatsApp, is particularly important for my work, but since it updated, it won't function unless Copilot is enabled. Is there any way to download these apps without having to turn Copilot back on? Also, after trying to reinstall the Microsoft Store, it now won't even launch, creating more issues for me.

You might want to try resetting or reinstalling the Microsoft Store. A lot of people have found that this can help fix the 0x80070005 error you're seeing.
Have you considered downloading the app installers directly from the official websites? Some apps are Microsoft Store exclusives, so that might not help for everything, but it's worth checking.
