I'm having trouble with my laptop where the Settings app keeps closing automatically as soon as I try to open it. Additionally, I'm unable to access the Start Menu, even when I press the Windows button. I've already attempted restarting Windows Explorer and running SFC and DISM commands, but nothing has worked. My laptop model is an MSI Modern 14 C12M. Has anyone encountered this before?

Have you considered booting into safe mode to see if the problem persists there? It's a good way to troubleshoot issues without any interference from third-party apps.
