I'm having a frustrating experience trying to reinstall Windows on my Lenovo laptop. Initially, I was running a Lenovo Gamepad 3 without issues, but lately, I've been encountering problems like being sent to the Bitlocker screen on startup. I entered my Bitlocker key, but the issues continued. I turned off the drive encryption for troubleshooting, but now the Lenovo load screen freezes frequently, often requiring multiple hard reboots. System repair attempts fail with the message "Your device ran into a problem and couldn't be repaired," and I can't access the log file due to permission issues, despite being the sole administrator.
I backed up my files to an external HDD and tried to reinstall Windows, but I keep getting the error stating "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error," causing the installation to stall. I've run memory tests that passed and even removed the NVME drive to try fresh installations, but it keeps freezing. After reinstalling the NVME, the laptop now just rapidly reboots before I can even access repair mode. I suspect that new partitions have been created during these failed attempts. I'm hoping for advice on how to remove these new partitions and recover my machine. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you've already tried a lot of troubleshooting steps. Using the ISO from Lenovo may be your best bet since it’s tailored for your specific hardware. Have you checked if there’s an option in the BIOS to reset to default settings? Sometimes, BIOS settings can cause issues with installations. Also, if you can, check if the SSD is properly connected and try using another USB port for the installation. It might help to format the drive partitions using a tool like Diskpart before attempting the installation again.
For those partition issues, boot from the installation USB and go to the repair options. Choose Command Prompt and type 'diskpart'. Then use 'list disk' to find your SSD, select it with 'select disk X' (replace X with your drive number), and 'list partition' to see the created partitions. You can delete the problematic partitions with 'delete partition X' (replace X accordingly). Be very careful not to delete the wrong ones! After that, try the installation again.
