I recently cracked the back glass of my iPhone 13, but everything else was working fine. Since I have AppleCare+, I sent it in for repair. When I got it back, the backglass was fixed, but they also replaced the circuitry due to a different reported issue of "won't turn on." Now, I'm in a tough spot because I can't restore my backup or do anything else since logging in requires a text message sent to my phone, which I can't access. I don't have any other Apple devices to receive an authorization text either. I've been trying the complicated account recovery process for two days now with no progress. Is there any way to get support from Apple to break through this impasse?

You can try to set up your iPhone without transferring settings. Just select the option to set it up as a new device and connect to your cellular network. Then, go to the settings and sign in to your account. Your iCloud data should gradually restore, minus any apps. After that, make sure to add a recovery contact or another trusted phone number for the future!

I tried that too! The problem is that when I choose 'Transfer Nothing,' it still asks me to log into my Apple account. And it requires two-factor authentication to my phone that I'm unable to access, so I'm stuck.
