I just moved into my new college apartment, but unfortunately, my monitor broke during the move. I'm looking for a decent replacement within the $200-$250 price range. I'd really appreciate any recommendations that provide the best value for that budget!

Before choosing a monitor, consider what size and resolution you need. If your PC can handle it, a 27-inch monitor with a 1440p resolution would be a great choice. But keep in mind that higher resolutions may impact your FPS, especially if your specs can't handle them. Brands like Samsung, Gigabyte, and LG are known for their quality, with LG often being a bit cheaper.
The AOC Q27G4X is a solid option and should be around $210. I've used it myself, and it's pretty good for the price. If you're interested, I can send over a video review in a private message!
If you're still unsure, any TV that supports over 1080P should work just fine as a temporary solution until you find the right monitor. It might not be perfect for gaming, but it could help you get back online!
I'm actually in the same boat! I have a Radeon RX 7900xtx GPU, so I think 27-inch 1440p should be fine for me too. Just wish I could check my specs on the PC without a monitor!
