I recently upgraded my entire PC, including a new motherboard, graphics card, CPU, and power supply unit (PSU). I'm currently using an NZXT C750 Bronze PSU with 750 Watts. While I wouldn't describe it as "loud," it definitely makes more noise than my previous 700-watt OCZ Steam XStream, which was much quieter. I'm quite sensitive to noise and I'm concerned that I might not be able to get used to the whirring sound it's making. I'm wondering if the be quiet! range is a good option for low noise, and if anyone has other recommendations for a quieter PSU?

Seasonic is known for making excellent low-noise PSUs. They might be on the pricier side, but they're definitely worth it for the quiet operation.
Have you considered overshooting your wattage a bit? Many PSUs have a 0db Fan Mode when they're under 50% load. I went for a C1200 and I rarely hit 600 watts.
