Looking for a Simple Way to Access My Encrypted iPhone Backup

I'm trying to recover some deleted messages and photos from an encrypted iPhone backup I made on my Mac Mini. I really want to avoid spending money on complex software that might not do what I need it to. There are a lot of options out there, and while I can find some online reviews, it's hard to tell which ones are actually user-friendly and worth the cost. I'm hoping someone can recommend an easy-to-use application that won't require a ton of time to figure out. I also want to make sure that I can actually restore my data without it being overwritten. Any advice on this would really help!

If you haven't already, you could try asking this in iPhone or Mac forums too. They might have some additional insights or tools that could be helpful!

You might want to check out iMazing. It’s pretty popular for accessing iPhone backups without much hassle. Lots of users have had good experiences with it, so it might be worth a shot!

Thanks! I was considering that one. Has it worked well for you?

Just a heads up, to decrypt the backup, you'll need the password you set when you made it. Otherwise, you won't be able to get to your messages. Fortunately, you said you have the password, so you should be good to go!
