Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a good, cost-effective alternative to AnyDesk for my support team. We're a small group of about 25 agents who provide remote assistance for software installation and troubleshooting mainly on Windows and macOS, as well as some Android devices. We've been using AnyDesk but recently faced a licensing change that now limits us to just 1 concurrent session per license, which isn't practical for our operations. I'm looking for a solution that allows multiple concurrent sessions—preferably under $500 a year total—and that includes no major limits for commercial use. It should ideally support multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Android with iOS being a bonus). Any recommendations or personal experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!

One possibility is to let your users manage their own support needs. Just a thought!
Clonadesk could be a great option for you. It’s completely free and offers a lot of the functionalities you require without the hassle of licensing fees.
Are you saying all 25 members are staff? That's quite a team for support!
Yes, that's right! We handle a decent load and need something that supports all of us.
You might want to look into MeshCentral. I implemented it internally for about 450 machines, and the best part is it's free unless you want to sign your agents. Just make sure to secure your server, whether it's on Linux or Windows, and it should work well for you!
Have you checked out Rustdesk? It’s a solid choice for remote support, and it should fit your needs without breaking the bank!
I get that, but our customers expect help from us as part of our services—it's a contractual obligation, and we can't just leave them hanging!
