Hey everyone! I've been on the lookout for a comfortable chair to use while coding, but I want to avoid the usual recommendations like Herman Miller. I've tried second-hand chairs in the past, and I once got one that came with wine stains, plus it only had a six-month warranty. I'm hoping to find something comfy for long coding sessions that fits well in my small home office. What chairs have worked well for you? I really appreciate your suggestions!

For a budget-friendly option, check out liquidating stores. I found a Herman Miller for around $300 that was in great condition. It's worth looking for similar stores in your area; you might snag a deal!
I use a Steelcase Series 2 and it's pretty comfy. I mainly code on it for long periods but I also like switching it up and coding from my sofa or bed occasionally. If I were coding for more than two hours straight, though, I'd definitely go back to my chair!
I've got a Herman Miller too, picked one up like that years ago, and it's been going strong ever since!
