I have the Liquid Devil RX 7900 XT Ultimate GPU, which comes with a pre-installed water block. I'm switching from an air-cooled GTX 1060 and I'm curious if there's a simple and affordable AIO watercooling option that I can just connect to my GPU without having to deal with custom pipes and complicated setups. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Typically, GPUs that come with a water block like yours shouldn't need further watercooling, but if you have your reasons, that's fair!
Just curious—what's your reason for wanting to watercool? The cards might get smaller, but having pipes and radiators could just create more clutter in your setup!
I got the GPU from a friend, and honestly, it's a step up from my old GTX 1060.
I don't think there's a specific AIO made just for that, but you might be able to modify one—like the MSI MAG CORELIQUID 360R V2—by using the pump in the radiator. Just keep in mind it's not an official method, so proceed with caution!
Do the tubes fit in a universal water block?

Actually, my GPU doesn't have a fan block; it has a water block instead.
