Looking for Feedback on My 1440p Gaming Build: Ryzen 7 7800X3D + RTX 5070 Ti

Hey everyone! I'm building my first PC since 2012, coming from a console and Steam Deck background, mainly for high refresh rate 1440p gaming. I've put together a parts list but I'd love to hear your thoughts and advice before I make my final decision. Maybe there's something I'm missing or could improve.

I'm also wondering whether I should buy now or hold off until Black Friday/Cyber Monday, given the current tariff situation in Germany.

Here's the parts list on PCPartPicker: [PCPartPicker Link](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/user/LethianDunadan/saved/#view=PFrRzy)

**Main Use Case:**
1. **1440p Gaming:** This is my priority. I want high FPS and stable performance across various titles, whether they're shooters, RPGs, or RPGs. I plan to max out settings and utilize DLSS4 for demanding games.
2. **Some Production Work:** Tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, and the occasional Premiere Pro project—nothing too professional though.
3. **AI Generation Exploration:** I'm curious about playing with AI generation later, but it's more of a side project for fun.

Just a heads-up: I haven't listed a mouse since I already have one and will get a new one later. I'm open to any feedback you have on performance, value, thermal management, PSU headroom, etc.

Specifically, I'd like your opinion on the pairing of the 5070 Ti and 7800X3D. From what I've read, they should perform well together at 1440p, but I'm worried about potential bottlenecks. Is the 7800X3D sufficient, or should I upgrade to the 9800X3D instead? I'd also appreciate suggestions for tweaks or swaps to enhance my build's longevity and versatility.

Thanks in advance for all your insights! Better to get feedback now than after hitting the order button, right? Cheers!

That setup sounds awesome! The 7800X3D is a solid choice; it won’t bottleneck your GPU at 1440p. For gaming, it's a great combo. If your production workload increases later, you might consider the 9800X3D, but for now, the 7800X3D should do just fine!
