Looking for Feedback on My $2300 PC Build

I'm new to building PCs and this will be my first attempt. I want to ensure that my planned build is well-balanced within a budget of $2,300. However, I live in Ukraine, where parts tend to be around $150–$200 more expensive than in the US. Here's my proposed build:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB
- RAM: DDR5 2x16GB/6000 G.Skill Flare X5
- Motherboard: MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi Socket AM5
- SSD: 2TB Kingston KC3000 M.2 2280
- Power Supply: MSI MAG A850GLS
- Case: Montech XR Wood Black
- Cooling System: DeepCool LE360 V2

Is this a solid setup? If not, what upgrades or changes do you suggest while keeping within the budget?

Your parts look pretty solid overall! For cooling, I’m not really sure about AIOs, but with the power consumption of the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, an air cooler could also work just fine. As for the power supply, you might want to check its quality tier—it should be a B or higher for reliability.

Thanks for the link! That site really helps in comparing prices for PC components in Ukraine.

Yeah, that PSU is A-tier, so you're good there!

Honestly, your build seems well-balanced! If you can snag it for $2300, definitely go for it soon. Prices on RAM and SSDs are climbing, plus the GPU market isn’t getting any cheaper. I've got a similar setup and it's been performing great for over 2 years.

Your setup is solid. Consider using a B850 motherboard for the Ryzen 7 for better support, but the B650 is still a good choice. Also, if you're set on an AIO, that's fine, just know that a dual tower cooler could also handle the 9800X3D nicely—it's really up to your preference.

That’s a good point! Which tower coolers would you suggest as alternatives?

The B650 will do just fine. A minor change won't significantly impact performance!

Seems like a good build! Personally, I moved from an AIO to a tower cooler because it fit my case better and worked well. Just a heads-up: keep an eye on RAM prices—they're fluctuating a lot right now!
