I'm building a PC with a budget close to €2000, aiming for something powerful that I can upgrade in the future. I'm looking for suggestions on whether I should keep my current choices or make improvements. I'd prefer not to exceed my budget unless it's for significant upgrades. Also, I'm considering waiting for Black Friday sales to score better deals! Here's my current part list:
**CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
**Cooler:** Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE
**Motherboard:** MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI
**Memory:** G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB DDR5-6000
**Storage:** Western Digital WD_Black SN850X 4 TB NVMe SSD
**Video Card:** Asus TUF GAMING OC Radeon RX 9070 XT
**Case:** Lian Li LANCOOL 216
**Power Supply:** MSI MPG A850G 850W
Total Cost: €2234.37

I suggest downgrading to the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and a compatible motherboard. You could then use the saved money to invest in a better graphics card like the RTX 5080.

Do you think the 7800X3D can keep up with the RTX 5080 or the 9800 XT without causing bottlenecks? Is the 5080 really worth it?
