I'm on the hunt for a contact form service or a simple JSON to email solution that is compliant with GDPR guidelines. From what I gather, to be compliant, it needs to include a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) since it handles personal data like names, emails, and phone numbers. I believe just mentioning this in the privacy policy won't cut it. I've heard that some contact form providers allow you to download the DPA directly from their portal. Do you know of any such providers? Thanks in advance!

I haven't personally used them, but I've heard good things about Typeform and Jotform. Both of these options offer features that support GDPR compliance.
All forms can be made GDPR compliant if they're set up correctly. It’s surprising that people still find this confusing, especially since the law has been around for ten years now.
Are you saying all form services offer a downloadable agreement? Can you share any links to justify your claim? The GDPR states I need a contract, and I’m looking for more information on this.

Thanks for the tips! Jotform even has a free tier, which is nice. But I noticed Typeform can get pricey pretty fast. Also, Jotform makes it easy to create the DPA, which is a big plus.
