I'm helping my friend build a computer and need some advice on GPUs. He has a 1440p monitor with 144Hz and we're aiming for a budget-friendly option that can still run games at 100+ FPS on high or ultra settings. Are there any GPUs available under $1000 that can meet these needs? The 5070 Ti seems out of our price range, so I'm open to suggestions from the 40 series or AMD as well. Thanks for any help!
