Looking for Guidance on Building a $1000 Gaming and Machine Learning PC

I'm planning to build a gaming PC with a budget of $1000, focusing on MOBA games but also dabbling in RPGs and strategy games occasionally. I want to ensure I can run these games at mid-high graphical settings. Additionally, I'm starting to study machine learning and programming, so having a solid amount of RAM and VRAM is crucial for my needs. I'm wondering if I can get a capable PC for this budget that will last me at least three years, or should I consider saving more money for a better build?

Absolutely, $1000 is a solid budget for a gaming and ML-focused PC! I'd recommend going for a Ryzen 5 7600X or an Intel i5-13600K. Aim for a motherboard with good VRM, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a GPU like the RTX 3060 Ti or RX 6750 XT. If you're okay with waiting a bit longer to save up more, $1200-$1300 would offer even better options for future proofing, but you can definitely make a great build with $1000.

Do you think 8GB of VRAM on the 3060 Ti is sufficient? I've read that VRAM can be a limiting factor in machine learning.
