Hey everyone! I'm trying to find a suitable Linux distribution for my older PC, and I've given many a shot without really settling on one. My specs are a Core i3 2120, Intel HD Graphics 2000, and 8GB of RAM. I prefer lightweight distros and desktop environments because they use fewer resources. While I like Arch for its lightness, the command-line installation can be frustrating, especially without a GUI for package management. My favorite desktop environment is XFCE, plus I need something user-friendly since my family will be using the computer too. Any recommendations?

Honestly, any distro with XFCE or another lightweight environment should work fine for you! Just keep in mind that hard drive speed can also impact performance. What’s your take on that?
By 'settle,' I mean not hopping between distros anymore and just sticking to one.
