I'm excited to share that we've finally secured the budget to implement a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution for our organization! We're a team of about 120 users, utilizing a mix of cloud applications like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and some legacy on-premises systems that I'm sure will bring their own challenges.
Since I'll be the one setting up the integrations and managing access policies moving forward, I want to focus on the admin experience of different SSO providers.
Does anyone here have experience with SSO in a similar-sized organization? What platforms are you using, and how's the day-to-day administrative experience? I'm looking for a solution that balances functionality with cost-effectiveness, so that we can avoid the hassle of switching providers down the road.
Thanks in advance for your help, and I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

Rippling IT includes its SSO as part of its IAM/IT management package, which could simplify things for you.
You might want to consider using your current Google Workspace as your Identity Provider (IdP).
It’s best to choose a platform that offers integrated SSO. It usually makes for easier setups and a faster overall process than juggling multiple separate tools.
I've been checking out Rippling IT. It integrates SSO as part of a larger identity management solution linked to HR, so it automatically manages user access when people join or leave, which saves a lot of time on account management. We haven't committed yet since we're still in demo mode with other options, but it's definitely a strong candidate for us.
Lol, why's that? I think they could be quite useful!
We use Microsoft 365 Entra, and I’ve heard good things about Duo as well. They both work well for us.

Exactly! No point adding more solutions when you’re already set up in a solid ecosystem.
