Looking for the Best LLM to Track Health Data and Reminders

I'm trying to improve my health by tracking my daily habits and how they affect things like my health tests and sleep scores. I also want the ability to set reminders for taking medications and ongoing assessments regarding new supplements and potential drug interactions. I previously used ChatGPT, but it struggled to remember my daily reports. I gave Grok a shot too, and while it was better initially, it seems to be facing the same memory issues as my report history grew. I'm looking for any LLMs, preferably free, that don't have this memory limitation. I'm okay with reopening a chat log each day to refresh its memory. What are your suggestions?

As far as I know, most AI models have a limited context window, so they can only remember the most recent interactions. Grok probably worked fine until your logs got too long, and then it started to forget parts of your previous chats. On ChatGPT, you might find the Memory feature useful since it allows you to store important details, which could save you from reintroducing yourself every time.

That makes sense! But starting new chats all the time isn't really practical if you want to track a daily log. I might have to consider other LLMs with larger context windows.

You might want to try Claude or Gemini. Claude’s context window is eight times bigger than ChatGPT, and Gemini is even larger at thirty-two times. They can reference previous chats to some extent too. I think your best bet is to keep one long-running chat instead of splitting it up, and maybe ask the AI to keep responses brief to help manage memory better.

Sounds like a plan! I hope that works out better than what I've experienced. I would love to not lose any of my health data!

I totally get your frustration! I've run into the same issue where some LLMs seem to forget everything by the next day, making it hard to keep a consistent log. It's annoying to have to repeat yourself constantly. I'm not sure if there's a perfect model yet that keeps track seamlessly, but it sounds like you're on the right track with wanting some tool that can at least read back previous entries within a session.

Right? I was using Grok and it worked for a bit, but then it started dropping days from my logs. Not ideal when you’re trying to keep an accurate daily record!
