Hey everyone! I stumbled upon ohMyPosh while scrolling through Twitter and I love the idea of showcasing system information in a cool ASCII format. However, I'm struggling a bit with a few things:
1. It seems like there aren't any ready-to-use templates for Windows users, specifically ones that can pull system info. I'm not talking about themes, but actual templates that work for retrieving information.
2. I'm not very skilled with the command line, which doesn't help.
3. The commands I've tried to use for fetching system info feel really slow.
Is there a quicker and prettier way to do this, or am I just stuck with a lot of trial and error? I've tried asking chatbots, but they just keep giving me JSON templates that aren't functional on Windows. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Instead of relying on chatbots, I recommend reading the documentation! Make sure to install a Nerd Font and configure your Windows terminal to utilize it. My favorite theme is Atomic, but remember, it’s all about finding what works best for you!
Honestly, I tried ohMyPosh but eventually switched back to the default setup. It's tough to break old habits! Just take your time with it, and you might find a setup you like. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, though!
There are definitely templates available! Check out the official ohMyPosh documentation for themes and templates that work on Windows. Don’t be afraid to peek into the docs—they're super helpful! I modified the Catppuccin Frappe theme and it works well for me on multiple Windows machines. Give it a shot!
That's good to know! I’ll take a look at the templates, thanks for the tip!

Yeah, I get that! But I’m more worried about retrieving system info effectively. Are there setups that do that well?
