I recently took my PC to my parents' place, but I ended up leaving it in the car for two days since I wasn't using it. Now that I'm back home, it won't turn on at all. I'm pretty sure it was secure in the car during the drive, and the temperature was stable, similar to room conditions, even overnight. I read an old suggestion online about unplugging the power supply from the wall, holding the power button for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. However, I'm not sure which cable I should be focusing on since I'm not very computer-savvy outside of gaming. I've already tried unplugging and replugging all the cables, but nothing worked. I'm also wondering if the power supply cable could have died even though I didn't use it while it was in my bag. Any advice on what I should do next?

It sounds like something might have come loose inside your PC. A good idea would be to re-seat the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) and the RAM (Memory), along with checking all the power connections from the power supply. It's not uncommon for things to get a little loose when moving the PC around, especially if it was jostled at all. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, asking a friend for help is definitely a smart move!
Have you checked the switch on your power supply? Sometimes it's a simple fix like that. Make sure the switch is turned on; I've encountered this issue before and flipping that switch did the trick!

Just to clarify, when you mention all power connections from the PSU, do you mean all the cables coming off the power supply? I already did unplug and replug them, but didn't mess with the GPU or RAM yet. I guess I’ll need to check those out too when I can.
