I've been working through the recommended actions in the Microsoft Defender portal and got most of them sorted out. However, there are three actions that won't mark as completed even though I've taken care of them. The Teams ones are really frustrating because they're clearly marked as recommended on my end, but the portal doesn't recognize it. I've also fully completed the anti-spam setup, and there are no additional allowed domains since I only have the default policy. I'm unable to attach a screenshot, but I hope I've given enough detail here.

Have you tried waiting it out? Sometimes it takes a while for the system to catch up and reflect the changes. Just curious, how long has it been since you completed those actions?
I've encountered a similar problem before. Some actions can be buggy and might not update for quite a while. In some cases, they cleared up after several months! I’d recommend keeping an eye on it. Also, contacting Microsoft support can sometimes yield results, but it sounds like they haven't been very helpful for you.
Thanks for the insight! I've opened a ticket with Microsoft, but so far, they've been unhelpful. My client’s auditor isn't going to sign off on the insurance review until the score hits at least 80%. Those Teams actions are dragging my score down to 78%, so I'm really hoping Microsoft can verify that everything is set correctly and that might help.
It's been weeks since I made those changes.
