Monitor Not Detecting PC After Switching to Legacy Boot Mode

Hey everyone, I was trying to install Windows on my PC, which didn't have an operating system before. Everything seemed fine until I encountered a message saying the disks are incompatible. After searching online, I found out that switching the boot settings to legacy mode could potentially solve the issue to complete the installation. However, after I made that change, my monitor stopped detecting my PC, displaying a "No Signal" message as if nothing is connected. I've read that this change might have damaged my motherboard, but I find that hard to believe. I'm looking for any suggestions or help since I can't afford to replace any parts right now.

One thing you could try is checking if your CPU has integrated graphics. If it does, connect your monitor to the motherboard instead of the graphics card and see if it displays anything. This can help determine if your system is still functioning at all.

How would I do that?
