My 5080 GPU Scores Way Lower After Moving—Any Ideas?

Hey everyone! I recently built a PC with a 5080 GPU and a 9800x3d processor, and it was running great. However, after moving houses, I removed the GPU and reinstalled it. I ran a Furmark test and only scored 8655, which is a lot lower than the 16k-17k I got before the move. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this drop in performance. Any suggestions?

Have you checked if you accidentally capped your FPS to 144? That happened to me too. I capped my FPS and got around 8.5k on the Furmark, but once I uncapped it, I shot up to about 290 FPS and hit 17k. Might be worth checking that out!

It's possible you locked your FPS to 144, which might explain that score. Also, double-check that your HDMI or display cable is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard—could be a simple fix!
