My Desktop Keeps Freezing—Any Ideas?

Hey everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my desktop where it freezes after being on for a while. The only thing that works is the mouse, so I know that the apps are still running in the background. I'm using Parrot OS, but I'm not sure what other details you might need. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

It sounds like quite the headache! Since you're using Parrot OS, have you checked if specific programs are causing the freezes? Sometimes, certain applications, especially those running in Wine, can be resource hogs. If the issue keeps happening, try accessing the tty interface by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 through F5 next time it freezes. That'll help you figure out if it's just the GUI that's freezing.

Got it, I'll try that! I just switched to KDE Plasma recently, so that might be the root of the issue. Thanks!
