I've been helping my buddy troubleshoot his PC crashes for about a year now, but I'm stumped. His system just randomly crashes, sometimes up to eight times a day. I've had him check his drivers and run some typical fixes like SFC and DISM, but nothing seems to work. We even did a quick uninstall and reinstall of his Nvidia graphics driver. Most days it's manageable, but lately, Marvel Rivals might be triggering the crashes, although they can happen outside of games too.
He's cleaned out the dust, reseated components, and replaced thermal paste, but now his computer won't even POST, just showing a red light for the DRAM and CPU. If anyone could take a look at his dump files, that would be amazing! Here's the link: [Dump File](https://files.catbox.moe/awb779.dmp)

He should look at the Windows error log and see what errors were flagged right before the crashes in the Event Viewer. It might give some clues.
Is he using an Intel i9 13th or 14th gen chip? Sometimes specific processors have known issues that could be causing instability.
When it crashes, check the windowsminidump folder for files. Use Windbg to analyze them—it’s free and can help pinpoint the issue. Just Google how to use it for some guidance.
He's on it! Realized I can't be the one checking his logs for him, so he's fixing it.
Did he ever do a clean install of Windows? Like, from a USB drive and wiping all partitions? That might be a good step to consider if the crashes persist.
He mentioned he did that a year ago when the issues started but said he might give it another shot.

I'll ask him when he hops back on the call—he just crashed out.
