I have an iPhone 11 and about two weeks ago, I accidentally clicked on a suspicious link. My phone froze for a bit, and after restarting, it was unresponsive for two days. After that, weird things started happening: my location settings turned off by themselves, a Bitmoji that looks just like me appeared on Snapchat (and no one else was logged in), the color of my wallpaper's clock changed unexpectedly, and app notifications disabled themselves. I even received strange Instagram login links. I visited Apple and had my phone restored without a backup, but the issues persist. Could this be a network attack? Can other devices on my network be affected, causing me ongoing problems? How can I fix this?

Make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version. Sometimes outdated software can cause strange behavior and security vulnerabilities.
From what you're describing, it doesn't sound like a typical hack. It's quite rare for someone to hack into an iPhone, especially with the security in place. When Apple restored your phone, did they perform a complete factory reset or just a standard restore? That makes a difference in how much data is wiped.

They did a factory reset but I reconnected to iCloud to recover my photos without the saved settings.
